Dressed in a tiny red bikini, the singer revealed her sinewy arms, bony chest and scrawny legs while celebrating her 29th birthday with her family in Malibu.
Her size 0 figure is a shadow of how she looked in a bikini when she was in Mexico last year.
Now's also learnt that her desire to remain super-skinny has proved to be a bone of contention between her and actor husband Eddie Cibrian, 38.
‘Eddie's desperate to start trying for a baby with LeAnn,' says a close friend of the couple, 'but she isn't so keen as she doesn't want to gain weight.'
