Britney Spears brings her Femme Fatale tour to the UK in October

Britney Spears has revealed that she'd love to see Prince William and Kate Middleton at one of her shows after learning that a young Wills once had her poster on his wall.

The pop star - who will soon bring her Femme Fatale tour to the UK - admits she thinks it's ‘hilarious' that she was formerly the Prince's pin-up and that she hopes the royal couple will come and see her perform.

‘That would be amazing,' says Britney, 29. ‘That would be really crazy and cool.

‘I think they're a beautiful couple.

‘Unfortunately I didn't get to watch the wedding but I heard it was beautiful.'

Britney - like the Duke and Duchess - will soon turn 30 and is planning a big celebration.

‘I'm gonna be in South America so I'll have to do something pretty fun,' she tells Glamour magazine.

‘A carnival of Britney?'
