She's a busy mum of two beautiful girls, is married to footballer Steven Gerrard and designs a fashion range for Forever Unique.
But even with a little brother or sister for Lily, 7, and Lexie, 5, due in November, 28-year-old Alex Gerrard shows no signs of slowing down.
'It was quite hard in the beginning,' reveals Alex, 'as I felt so tired and was really moody.
'It was horrible, actually. But I've passed that stage now and feel much better - I only get a bit tired if I overdo it.
'I've definitely felt different this time.
'I breezed through the other pregnancies, but I was younger then, so I think that helped.
'And now I've also got the girls, so I'm running around after them and haven't had the chance to rest as much as I did the other times.'
Alex admits she doesn't find dealing with her changing shape easy.
'It is hard sometimes, but I think the worst stage is just before your bump really starts to show and you just feel bloated and out of shape,' she confides.
'But now that my bump is here, it's great.
'Plus, now that the baby has started moving around and I'm seeing how excited the girls are, it's the best feeling.'
