Megan Fox plans to do away with her tattoo of Marilyn Monroe - because she thinks the Hollywood star was a very troubled individual.
The actress has a large portrait of the platinum blonde pin-up on her right forearm and wants laser treatment to erase the artwork.
‘I'm removing it,' says Megan, 25.
‘She was a negative person, she was disturbed, bipolar.
‘I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life.'
Megan has quite a collection of body art including a tribal tattoo on her left wrist, her husband Brian Austin Green's name on her lower hip and an inscription on her right shoulder which reads: 'We will all laugh at gilded butterflies', a line adapted from Shakespeare's King Lear.
‘Who knows, maybe I'll remove the others too,' Megan tells Italian fashion magazine Amica.
'But the laser hurts.'
