Tyra Banks sheds 2st in six weeks
In her catwalk days, Tyra Banks' boasted one of the most enviable figures in the world, but since giving up modelling, her body has yo-yoed from fab to flab and back again.
And now she's skinnier than ever.
Just last month the 37-year-old TV host was snapped with a fuller figure on holiday in Mexico.
Cut to last week and she rocked up at an awards do in Hollywood looking a fraction of the size.
According to a source, Tyra's weight dropped from 12st 2lb to 10st 4lb due to a ‘hardcore' low-carb diet and punishing fitness regime.
‘Tara did 30 minutes of high intensity cardio - running, circuit training and spinning - and weights every day,' reveals our source.
‘She also mixed in yoga, Pilates and boxing.
'Watching TV in the evening, she'd do 20 push-ups, 50 crunches and maybe some squats.
'By early August her measurements were about 38-26-39 - perfect for her frame.'
