Anne Hathaway: Thank you Kate Middleton for how you dress

Hollywood star Anne Hathaway is grateful to the Royal

Anne Hathaway was nominated for an Oscar in 2009

Anne Hathaway has revealed
that she admires Kate Middleton for bringing back ladylike style.

The Oscar-nominated actress likes
to look elegant and has turned to the Duchess of Cambridge for inspiration.

‘She is such an
advocate for dressing like a lady,' Anne, 28, explains.

‘I'm very grateful to Kate
for making looking appropriate really fun again.

‘So right now my fashion
choices are all about Kate.'

Anne, who stars as Yorkshire
girl Emma Morley in new movie One Day, admits that she tried embracing a less
polished look but failed to pull it off.

‘I think for a few years
that kind of slightly dirty look was adopted by Hollywood - you know, the stringy
hair, homeless thing,' she tells the Daily Star.

‘And I really tried. But it doesn't suit me, I
don't suit it.

‘I always looked kind of
chubby.'
