A very naughty photo of a toned naked man who appears to be Zac Efron is circulating on Twitter.

The High School Musical star's name has been 'trending' on the social networking site because of the pornographic image but fans have been quick to damn the snap as a crude bit of Photoshop.

'I know why Zac Efron's trending. But that is fake ok i got the prove omg why people so bad :( Don't distub my idol!!!!!!!!!!1!!!!!111' Tweeted one user.

It appears that the actor's head had been superimposed onto someone else's body.

Zac, 23, joins Selena Gomez, ex-girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens and Blake Lively as the latest US star to find themselves at the centre of a nude picture scandal.
