Poor Natalie Cassidy's weight has plummeted since she split from fiancé
Adam Cottrell in May after he was charged with assaulting her.

The 5ft 4in star, 28, who was pictured looking super-trim on holiday in Turkey recently, has been on an extreme liquid diet for the past six weeks and has lost almost 3st.

Nat, who's mum to 10-month-old Eliza, even dropped 10lb in just one week.

'She's obsessed with getting a hot body, but losing so much in a week is going way too far,' says a pal.

'She's running every day, doing yoga and living on blended fruit and veg.

'She needs to tone it down and eat solids but she's sick of being called frumpy and wants to find herself a new man.

'She doesn't want to be a single mum.'
