She tells Now how she ditched the weights - and lost a stone

You don't bump into 
a Missoni-clad Paris Hilton by the ocean 
in Malibu every day.


But on seeing the 30-year-old heiress strolling back to her £3 million beach house last week sporting a hotter-than-hot new bod, we just had to abandon our sandcastle to find out what was going on.

The 5ft 8in reality star has dropped from 9st 9lb to 8st 4lb thanks to a new diet and exercise regime - and cutting back on using weights.

‘I've been working 
out and eating healthier and it feels great,' Paris exclusively tells Now.

‘I've been doing Pilates to help keep my body toned and cardio in the gym.

'I'm also eating a lean diet with lots of organic fruits, veggies and vitamin juices.

'I have so much energy and feel amazing.'
