Charlotte Church is having a major image overhaul as she prepares to crack the US.

Not only has she dyed her hair bright red, she's cleaning up her act.

'She knows she was overdoing the junk food a bit and drinking too much, so she's started 
a new diet to lose 
a stone,' a pal reveals.

Having gone from 
8½st to 9½st, 25-year-old Charl wants to get back 
to a size 8, so she's exercising at least three times a week, doing a combination of cycling, sit-ups and  the rowing machine.

Our source says: ‘After having her kids she toned her belly 
- her problem area 
- with sit-ups.

'She also burns off calories by keeping active with the children.'
