Denise Richards: I talk to Charlie Sheen every day

Single mum says actor has been great about her new adoption

Denise Richards is grateful to ex Charlie Sheen for his positive attitude

Denise Richards has heaped praise on ex Charlie Sheen - revealing that they are in constant touch.

The actor has already been introduced to her new adopted daughter Eloise Joni, named after Denise's late mum Joni Richards. 

'We talk every day. He's met her. He knows how much I love, love kids, so he was very supportive,' says the former Bond girl, 40.

The news will come as a boost to the troubled star, 45, who was recently dropped from his hit comedy Two And A Half Men for his controversial antics. 

Denise has daughters Sam, 7, and Lola, 5 with Charlie, who she divorced in 2006. But she didn't feel her family was complete and battled to adopt her third little girl, who was born in June.

'She's brought so much joy, and I love her to pieces,' Denise tells US Weekly.

'She
loves being hugged and held. She's such a beautiful little baby and
little soul.

'Some people think if a celebrity wants a baby, they get one the next day. The adoption took two years, and there were times I felt
discouraged, times when I got close to adopting a baby and it fell
through. But I knew the right baby would find us.'
