JLS have revealed that they got the chance to work with international music producer RedOne after outbidding Tinchy Stryder at Alicia Keys' Keep A Child Alive party back in May.

‘We basically won the auction to work with him,' says Oritsé Williams, 24.

‘For us it's always about trying to move the sound forward.

‘We wanted to challenge ourselves.'

The lads' brilliant single She Makes Me Wanna is thanks to their whopping £30,000 bid - which went to the charity.

The lads hope RedOne - who's worked with Lady Gaga - will provide a magic touch and help them to break America.

‘We would love for people across the waters to hear our music,' the boys tell Teen Now.
