Leona Lewis is selling her LA villa and for good reason.

Friends say the 26-year-old X Factor star romance with dancer Dennis Jauch, 23, whom she met when he performed on her Labyrinth tour last year, is hotting up.

He's tied up in Germany until Christmas, working on a new TV show, but their romance continues to sizzle.

‘They're completely love struck,' an insider tells Now.

‘He couldn't be more different from her ex, Lou Al-Chamaa, who struggled to keep up with her crazy world.

'Dennis is a huge support and he's bringing her out of her shell more.'
