Paris Hilton and Cy Waits have gone their separate ways

Paris Hilton and Cy Waits have confirmed that they've split.

The couple, who had been dating since the beginning of 2010, hadn't been seen together since they attended a Las Vegas event on 3 June.

'I can confirm that Paris Hilton and Cy Waits have ended their relationship,' Paris' rep Dawn Miller tells People Magazine.

'It was a joint and amicable decision. They both have respect and care for one another and ask for you to please respect their privacy.'

Socialite Paris, 30, also dated Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden and Hills star Doug Reinhart before her relationship with 34-year-old nightclub owner Cy.
