Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are ending their marriage.
The couple, who have been husband and wife for 5 years, are getting a divorce, Now's sister site People.com has exclusively revealed.
'This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family,' says Katie's lawyer Jonathan Wolfe.
'Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest.'
Tom, 49, and Katie, 33, tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in Italy in November 2006 and are mum and dad to daughter Suri, 6.
Suri Cruise has become a real fashionista who loves to wear lipstick and high heels.
Her wardrobe is said to include a £1,300 Dolce & Gabbana trench coat and a £500 Ferragamo handbag just like her mum's but Suri's big weakness is shoes.
'She's had several shoes custom-made, so if they didn't come with a heel, Katie had them redesigned for Suri,' a source revealed last year.
'She commissioned a pair of Louboutins for her a while back.'
Tom, who has been married three times, is also dad to daughter Isabella, 19, and son Connor, 17, who he adopted while married to second wife Nicole Kidman.
Isabella lives in a love nest in the Wholesale District of downtown LA - nicknamed Skid Row - with her scientologist boyfriend Eddie Frencher, 23.
