Tara Palmer-Tomkinson's had her coke-ravaged nose straightened in a new operation.
The 39-year-old had major reconstructive surgery in 2006 - using cartilage from her ear to make a new septum - but it wasn't strong enough and her nose collapsed again.
Tara looked stunning at the Royal Wedding 6 weeks ago in an electric blue outfit. Fillers in her nose - still distorted in recent snaps - gave it a straighter, more natural shape.
But now the socialite has had a more permanent fix at a Harley Street clinic using cartilage from one of her ribs.
'Tara is over the moon about her new nose,' a friend tells the Mail On Sunday.
'She plans to stay at home for the next fortnight just to make sure she doesn't damage it, but she is so happy.'
While she's been clean from drugs for years, Tara admits her collapsed nose is the result of a £400-a-day coke habit.
In 2006, pictures first emerged of the problem when her septum caved in. At the time, Tara said: ‘I'm surprised it's taken people so long to notice it.
'I hate it so much and I wanted to hide it.'
Tara has confirmed she's had surgery: 'Yes, I have had an operation but I have no further comment to make.'
