Gossip Girl's Blake Lively is taking legal action over fake nude photos on the web said to be her.

The actress - who plays sexy Serena van der Woodsen on-screen - says naked snaps of a lookalike blonde, taken on a mobile phone, are a hoax.

'Blake has never taken nude photos of herself. Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner,' says her spokesman.

Blake, 23, who dated fellow Gossip Girl hottie Penn Badgley, was recently snapped hand-in-hand with Leonardo DiCaprio, 36.

But she's no maneater.

‘I've kissed just three people in my life, other than stuff I've done for TV or movies,' she revealed last year.

‘I'm naturally very shy.'
