Abbey Clancy gets size 6 figure back by working out in wet suit

Abbey Clancy gave birth baby Sophia in March

New mum Abbey Clancy has regained her size 6 figure just seven weeks after giving birth to her   and Peter Crouch's baby daughter Sophia.

True to her word, the 25-year-old's now back down to her usual 8st - with a teeny 24in waist - and is still losing weight thanks to a secret diet and exercise regime loved by Cheryl Cole.

Abbey's said to be using Hypoxi and Vacunaut systems, which target the stomach and hip areas and delivers faster results than working out alone.

It involves wearing a special wet suit, which burns off fat from specific areas during a workout.

'Abbey loves the new regime,' reveals Now's source.

'She only needs to do it three times a week for just over half an hour and she swears by it.

'She wanted something that would give her quick results.

'She puts on her iPod and blasts out Madonna songs, which really fire her up.

'Even though she's loving being a mum, she's enjoying the workouts as they're a little break from Sophia.'
