Cheryl Cole has fallen out of favour with British men

Cheryl Cole has lost her 2-year reign as the world's sexiest woman.

The singer fell to No 12 in FHM's poll, with Victoria's Secret model and Transformers actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley stealing her crown.

'Wow. Thanks for voting guys,' said Rosie, 24, last night at the awards bash.

'This is a really exciting year for me and I hope you all enjoy Transformers 3.'

Russell Brand's wife Katy Perry was voted 2nd sexiest by FHM's readers, with best friend Rihanna nabbing 3rd place.

Meanwhile Prince William's new wife Kate Middleton re-enters as 39th Sexiest Woman In The World, falling 14 places since her last appearance in the list in 2007.
