Ever since she first hit the charts back in 1986, Janet Jackson has struggled with her weight.
In 2005 she was pictured looking overweight at almost 13st, only to shed nearly 4½st in four months.
Then the pounds started to creep back on again.
But judging by new pictures, 44-year-old Janet's back to her best - super-toned and with a six-pack we'd kill for.
It's all thanks to a hardcore fitness regime, a mixture of cardio and weights, 'not to mention two hours of dancing every night', adds her trainer Tony Martinez, who helped her get in shape for her current Up Close And Personal world tour.
Janet's revealed she's been working out with Tony six days a week or as often as her schedule allows.
'For cardio I run on the beach for at least 40 minutes,' she says. 'The sand makes it much harder.
'But I still don't like working out. I have to push myself to want to do it.'
Janet also uses a Swiss ball to do sit-ups and weights to strengthen her chest and arms.
She blitzes her legs with squats and lunges.
As for that six-pack, she uses ab rollers, literally rolling herself forwards using her stomach muscles.
No wonder she's ripped - keep up the good work, Janet!
