Jennifer Aniston's on a new tone-up regime having gained 10lb during the European promotional tour for her film Just Go With It.
As part of the thermogenic diet - literally the hottest eating plan to sweep Hollywood - the actress, 42, is loading up on hot spices and foods such as garlic and tuna to boost her metabolism.
5ft 5in Jennifer, who weighs 8st 10lb, wants to get back down to 8st.
‘She's eating three small, high-protein meals a day but ensures she has a metabolism booster with them. This can be anything from cayenne to garlic cloves or mustard,' a source tells Now.
‘They're thermogenic foods, which raise the body's temperature and speed up metabolism.
'It means you can eat the same amount but burn more calories.'
To get rid of excess water build-up, Jen's been drinking cranberry juice during the day.
‘She's always had a weakness for margaritas and glasses of wine in the evening and blames that - and too much good food - for the tum she feels she's gained,' adds our source.
