Kenzie - aka James MacKenzie - entered the Celebrity Big Brother house back in 2005 as the fresh-faced, lean-bodied cutie from pop-rap band Blazin' Squad.

Fast forward 6 years and he's unrecognisable.

Now a personal trainer and gym owner, Kenzie, 25, is twice the size he was before and brimming with confidence.

The smouldering Essex boy now has bulging arm muscles and a ripped torso - the result of punishing workouts with The Only Way Is Essex smoothie Mark Wright. 

Kenzie's also added house DJ and model to his CV and is good mates with Big Brother 11's John James Parton.

Kenzie owns Studio 23 gym in Hainault, Essex.
