BABY JOY! Rod Stewart's wife Penny Lancaster gives birth to second son
Penny Lancaster has given birth to a second son.
Baby Aiden was born yesterday weighing a healthy 7lb 12oz.
The little boy - who was conceived after several rounds of IVF - is Rod Stewart''s eighth child and his second child with Penny, 39.
'After the long-awaited arrival of their second child, Rod and Penny are proud and thrilled to welcome Alastair's baby brother, Aiden, into the world,' says a statement.
Penny has revealed that she lost a baby before she and Rod, 66, had 5-year-old Alastair.
'When we first decided to have children I fell pregnant and sadly had a miscarriage,' she revealed last year.
'The very next month I fell pregnant with Alastair.'
Rod has 6 other children from previous relationships.
