Mandy Moore has glammed up the topknot by giving it some tousled texture and wearing it at an attention-grabbing height.
The trick to Mandy's style is to avoid any hair-taming products and instead pump in some texture.
How to get the Tangled star's look:
Prepare: Blast hair with a coloured dry shampoo such as Batiste Brunette Dry Shampoo, 150ml, £3.05, to get instant volume and a messy texture.
Create: Scoop hair onto the top of your head in a loose ponytail, then use kirby grips to secure it into a bun shape. We love Boots Thick Brown Ponybands, £1.75.
Hold: Randomly pull out sections of hair and spritz with a genius spray like Redken Fashion Work 12 versatile working spray, 400ml, £10, to give hold and a matt texture.
