Rachel Stevens: I can't believe Alex and I are Mummy and Daddy!

Former S Club star Rachel Stevens feels very grown up since giving birth

Rachel Stevens is thrilled to be a mum

Having baby daughter Amelie has been an amazing life-changing experience for Rachel Stevens.

The former S Club 7 star, 32, gave birth to little Amelie in November at London's Portland Hospital, with husband Alex Bourne at her side.

'He made me a CD of my favourite songs and massaged me the whole time,' Rachel reveals.

'I wanted it to be as natural as possible and to have lovely music and lotions and potions.'

Eventually Rachel's contractions got so painful, she decided on an epidural and Amelie arrived.

'She's gentle, but she's going to be quite feisty and strong-willed,' the Strictly Come Dancing 2008 says proudly.

'The love you feel is incredible. I can't believe we're Mummy and Daddy - proper grown-up stuff!

'Alex would like a football team. You never know how you're going to feel but I think I'd love two or three.'
