Prince William's cousin was in court this week, accused of taking part in a physical attack on a taxi passenger while queueing for a burger from McDonald's.
Lady Amelia Spencer - daughter of Princess Diana's brother Charles - arrived at Cape Town magistrates' court in South Africa on Wednesday with her mother Victoria Lockwood to answer a charge of common assault.
The pretty blonde allegedly exploded with rage when a taxi cut in front of her at the fast food chain's drive-thru near her home.
'I had no idea she was a lady - and she certainly didn't act like one,' claims alleged victim Ricci Cinti, 27.
Lady Amelia, 18, is formally accused of 'flicking a cigarette butt into the taxi' then 'swearing, smacking and kicking' Mr Cinti, who was on crutches after a football injury.
Two weeks after the incident, Lady Amelia's father, Earl Spencer, insisted his daughter was acting in self-defence.
'It is upsetting that a man who assaulted my daughter should try to press charges against her when she had merely reacted in self-defence,' he said.
Lady Amelia's court case was adjourned until 3 March. Her lawyer is trying to get the case thrown out of court.
