Reese Witherspoon is ready to marry again

Reese Witherspoon is to marry boyfriend Jim Toth.

Her new fiancé is a 40-year-old agent with Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles

'Jim knows Reese is the one for him,' a source told People.com earlier this year.

Reese, 34, is mum to Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, who she had with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.

Their 7-year marriage ended in 2006 and Reese then dated Jake Gyllenhaal until December last year.
