The singer is delighted to be expecting a baby after a miscarriage

Pink says her pregnancy is 'yummy'

Pink has announced she's pregnant with her first child.

The singer, who believes her baby is a girl, had held back from telling the world her happy news because of fears of a second miscarriage.

‘I'm eating for two these days,' she revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

‘I didn't want to talk about it because I was just really nervous and I have had a miscarriage before.

‘I worked for it. It was not an, "Oops!"'

Pink, real name Alecia Beth Moore, 31, and her motocross star hubby Carey Hart broke up in 2008, but reunited earlier this year. The pop star says the pregnancy is helping mend their relationship.

‘We worked really hard and we had our little meltdowns, a couple of them,' she explained, 'we both needed to do that and come back together.'
