Pete Burns: I was 4 when I first decided my face had to change

Singer Pete Burns hated looking at himself in the mirror

Pete Burns had another facelift a month ago

Pete Burns decided he was going to have plastic surgery when he was just a little boy.

The Dead Or Alive singer says he never liked his appearance.

'I was 4 years old when I decided my face had to change,' explains Pete, 51. 

'I hated looking in the mirror as a kid.' 

Pete has had extensive plastic surgery and in October had another facelift.

'My most recent overhaul was about a month ago,' he adds.

'I had a minor facelift and my eyes slanted. I also have regular peels and Botox.'
