Pete Burns has been snapped with a swollen and distorted face - leading to speculation that he has gone under the knife again.

Last year, Pete accepted £450,000 damages from a plastic surgeon after he
suffered severe reactions to procedures carried out on his lips and feared they would have to be amputated.   

The former Dead Or Alive singer, 51, has vowed to only have further work done to repair his looks.

'I've gone as far as I will go,' Pete said recently, 'now mine is going to be maintenance.'
