Waking up in the pitch dark, Alicia Douvall wasn't sure if she was dead or alive.
The glamour model and self-confessed surgery addict had undergone nine cosmetic procedures in three days in her quest for the perfect face - but during the second op, something went wrong.
'I didn't know if I was in the morgue or the hospital ward,' she reveals.
'I couldn't open my eyes or move - it was terrifying.'
Alicia, 31, who suffers from body dysmorphia, went to LA three weeks ago to have her cheek implants replaced after the left one came loose.
While there, she also had her nose and eyes done, her bottom lip raised, a chin implant and fat taken from her face, costing £25,000 in all.
But this new photo of Alicia shows just how destructive her quest for ‘beauty' has become.
Now back in the UK, the right side of her face is paralysed and she's confined to her house, unable to work.
'I spend hours sleeping and I can't feel anything in my face,' she says.
'Doctors have said there's so much scar tissue that I may have problems hearing.
'I'm devastated by the results.'
