Paul O'Grady has revealed that he once worked as a prostitute handler.

The chat show host was paid to chaperone hookers around London to meet their clients.

'That was it. Another addition to my ever-expanding CV,' he writes in new book The Devil Rides Out.

'I was a prostitute's walker, a high-class walker for high-class prostitutes.'

Paul, 55, only had his pimp-style job for a short time in the late 1970s.
