Spencer Pratt didn't look good with a beard

Spencer Pratt has finally shaved off his blond beard.

The Hills star has posted a comedy video on YouTube to mark the occasion. 

In the clip, his assistant appears to use a hunting knife to remove the facial hair and, in a bloody tomato ketchup frenzy, ends up 'killing' him during the big chop.

Spencer decided to sort out his short 'n' curlies after getting back with estranged wife Heidi Montag.

'I'm really sorry to see it go,' Spencer, 27, tells TMZ.

'For months it was my only friend, and a perfect place to save leftovers.'

Heidi announced her split from Spencer in June and she filed for divorce in July, citing irreconcilable differences.
