Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are back together

Heidi Montag appears to have patched things up with estranged husband Spencer Pratt.

The Hills stars were snapped kissing in California on Wednesday.

They also clutched glasses of champagne as they snogged. 

It's thought Spencer, 27, had earlier treated Heidi to a trip to the zoo and dinner on Santa Barbara Pier to celebrate her 24th birthday.

She announced their split in June and filed for divorce in July, citing irreconcilable differences.

Heidi had 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day in November.
