Coleen Rooney stepped out to go shopping in Liverpool yesterday - with her wedding band firmly in place.

The mum-of-one, 24, is now having to deal with fresh allegations about husband Wayne, but she's putting on a dignified front.

Since prostitutes Jennifer Thompson, 21, and then Helen Wood, 23, came forward to claim they'd romped with Wayne, a third woman - Samii Darnley, 20 - now alleges the footballer propositioned her at Rio Ferdinand's Rosso restaurant in December last year.

'Coleen can't sleep even though she's exhausted and in pieces,' says a pal. 'An hour has not passed when she hasn't cried. it's turning her into a physical wreck.'

The WAG is heartbroken about the state of her marriage but is also desperately worried about disabled adopted sister Rosie, 12, who is in a coma in hospital after suffering a stroke.
