Tara Palmer-Tomkinson admits she was 'a dead woman walking' before she battled her drug habit

It girl and former drug addict Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has been snapped looking more like a boxer than a socialite with a flattened hooter.

Tara, 38, had surgery in 2006 to fix her nose, which was in danger of collapse after years of cocaine abuse, but it appears to have caved in again.

'My cartlidge is gone, I just have fresh air,' Tara explained before her op to rebuild the septum using part of her ear.

Now the fragile reconstruction looks as if it's lurched to one side and lost definition in the middle.

Tara's spokesman has declined to comment on the photos.
