Takers star TI and wife Tameka Cottle arrested

The Takers star Clifford Harris Jr and his wife face drugs charges

TI and Tameka Cottle's bail was set at $10,000

Rapper TI and his wife Tameka ‘Tiny' Cottle have both been arrested.

The couple were taken into custody last night in LA and charged with the alleged possession of a controlled substance.

TI and Tameka were driving when they were pulled over by LA sheriffs, who allegedly smelt marijuana reports TMZ.

Officers searched the hip-hop couple's car and arrested them.

TI - real name Clifford Harris Jr - has just spent seven months in prison on federal weapons charges and is on probation.

His new film Takers is top of the US Box Office at the moment.
