New mum Dannii Minogue's already working on her post-baby body

Dannii Minogue wants her trim figure back

She piled on the baby weight during her pregnancy, but now Dannii Minogue is determined to fit into a size 8 dress again for The X Factor's live shows in October.

‘She's cutting back on calories,' says a source close to the star. ‘But she's taking plenty of vitamins to compensate and she makes sure she eats five small meals a day.'

With the pressure on to look her best - especially alongside co-judge Cheryl Cole - Dannii's was back in the gym just six weeks after having her son Ethan.

Her routine consists of hour-long exercise sessions, including some on a Power Plate, which her sister Kylie is a fan of.

‘She's started doing low-impact exercise such as dancing, yoga and Pilates,' reveals our insider.

While Ethan's health is still her main priority, Dannii's kicked her organic diet up a notch, loading
up on vegetables and nuts.

‘She makes vegan ice cream out of cashews and agave syrup, so she's got that when she needs something sweet,' adds the source.

It's not all hard work - Dannii's set to visit her favourite beauty salon Heaven in Shropshire for a lymphatic drainage massage to speed her weight loss.

‘Dannii's already emailed to book in her appointment in September,' owner Deborah Mitchell tells Now.

‘The most someone has lost in one treatment is half a stone, but we expect a weight loss of about 3lb a treatment.'

Sounds like Dannii will soon be looking as svelte as ever!
