Katie Price issues angry statement over marriage split and baby rumours

Jordan says newspaper allegations are ‘hurtful and harassing'

Katie Price is currently on holiday in Portugal

Katie Price has released a statement hitting out at the media for ‘harassing' her. 

The glamour model, aka Jordan, is fed up of the speculation about her marriage to Alex Reid, 35.

‘Some will feel that adverse stories are the price I have to pay for living my life so openly,' reads Katie's statement on her website.

‘However, I need to respond to recent series of stories that Alex and I are on the verge of or have split...

‘Constantly publishing these fabrications despite being told they are just that is hurtful and harassing. My lawyers are already dealing with some of these stories.'

In the statement, Katie, 32, also lists 5 rumours that are untrue - including that she's fled to Portugal to escape rows with Alex, that she wants to get back with Peter Andre and that she's pregnant. 

‘I hope this puts an end to the false stories that are being published,' she adds.
