Alex Reid isn't having sex with wife Katie Price while he trains for his upcoming cage fight.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner is taking on Tom 'Kong' Watson, 28, on 25 September and reckons a nookie ban will give him the edge.

'I personally like to wait 4 weeks just to keep up the aggression,' says Alex, 35. 

'But 25 September - that's going to be a funky night!' 

Alex admits not all his fighter pals share his attitude to pre-match bonking.

'I've asked many fighters around the world and it's purely a placebo thing,' he tells This Morning.

'Some people have sex right before.'
