Does Spencer Pratt have a Heidi Montag sex tape?

Spencer Pratt alleges that he has a sex tape featuring estranged wife Heidi Montag.

And The Hills star, 26, says he's planning to release it.

‘I've been making films since I was in the 7th grade,' Spencer tells Us Weekly.

‘I'm looking forward to people seeing my directorial debut!'

Steve Hirsch, CEO of Vivid Entertainment, claims he's already spoken to Spencer about the supposed video.

‘We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal,' he claims, reports TMZ.

Spencer has also been boasting about the alleged movie on Twitter.

‘Promises you the Citizen Kane of sex tapes,' he writes.  ‘Honestly, Orson Wells makes a guest appearance.

‘Recommends you wait for the Special Edition Sex Tape. Blu-Ray, director's commentary, and bloopers!

‘The sex tape will not feature any bisexuality.  It will however feature trisexuality.  Also - a triceratops.'

Heidi, 23, and Spencer announced their split in June and she filed for divorce last month, citing irreconcilable differences.

They got married in California in April 2009.

Heidi had 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day in November.
