Now's columnist devastated over Peter Crouch's one-night stand with £800 call girl

Abbey Clancy was buzzing with excitement last month when she returned from a romantic break in Sardinia with fiancé Peter Crouch.

‘I'm more in love with Peter than ever,' she told friends.

So it couldn't have come as more of a shock to those around her that four days later, Peter cheated on her with a £800-a-night prostitute.

Now columnist Abbey is dealing with the humiliation and sheer shock at his behaviour.

‘Abbey can't look at Peter without feeling sick after what he's done,' a friend tells Now.

Despite putting on a brave face last week at a riding stables in Surrey with fellow WAG Toni Terry - who knows a thing or two about how she feels - it was clear Abbey, 24, was not going to forgive and forget easily.

A friend of the model tells Now: ‘Abbey feels churned up inside because she's never loved anyone the way she loves Peter and she can't believe he'd do this to her.

‘The way things are at the moment, the wedding plans are off. There's no way Abbey can think about that now. She was so excited, but now all her dreams are ruined.'
