The actress and the hockey player exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in Santa Barbara, California, on Saturday.
'They both looked extremely happy,' a guest tells People.
Hilary, 22, and Mike, 29, started dating in 2007.
He proposed in February during a holiday in Hawaii.
