Rihanna's new tattoo reads 'rebelle fleur'
Rihanna has got another tattoo.
The singer, 22, has had the words ‘rebelle fleur' inked on her neck.
It is French for 'rebellious flower'.
Rihanna got the design done at East Side Ink shop in New York's East Village on Tuesday night.
In January, she revealed that she had approximately 13 tattoos.
Looks like the figure has gone up to 14 now.
