Angelina Jolie doesn't eat junk food

Angelina Jolie has always been slim, but the actress is looking her skinniest in years after continuing to follow the incredibly strict diet she was on while filming her latest action film Salt.

‘Angie's been pushing herself to the limit and barely sleeping - she's almost skeletal,' says our insider.

‘She eats five meals a day, but with no dairy or sugar - and now she's limiting her carbs as well.'

The 35-year-old mum of six looked minuscule in a tiny skirt at the Russian premiere of Salt and it was clear to see the effects of her diet and four-times-a-week workouts.

‘We got her learning a combination of [martial arts] Muay Thai and Krav Maga,' reveals Simon Crane, Ange's trainer on Salt.

‘No junk food, no empty calories and alcohol only on weekends.' Yikes!
