Katie Holmes gets cupcakes flown to film set

Tom Cruise's wife orders treats from New York to Canada

Katie Holmes gave daughter Suri Cruise cupcakes for her 4th birthday in April

Katie Holmes has a big sweet tooth, so much so that she ordered her favourite cupcakes to be delivered from New York to her TV set in Canada.

The actress is on location filming TV mini-series The Kennedys, in which she plays the role of former First Lady Jackie O.

Katie, 31, ordered two-dozen cupcakes from Todd English's Food Hall at the Plaza Hotel in New York, where they are sold exclusively.

She was very particular about her orders, requesting that only the red velvet and the grasshopper flavours of Curly Cakes be sent.

'She loves cupcakes, okay?' husband Tom Cruise, 48, has long confirmed.

'I mean, the girl loves cupcakes!'
