Katie Price's gay pal: She's offered to have a baby for me

Gary Cockerill says Jordan is willing to get pregnant for him

Gary Cockerill and Katie Price are best friends

Katie Price has offered to be a surrogate mum for her gay friends.

Make-up artist Gary Cockerill says the glamour model, aka Jordan, wants to help him and partner Phill Turner start a family. 

'Kate has told me and my partner Phill that if we were ever in a position to have children, then she would be a surrogate mother for us,' explains Gary, 40. 'She really means it!' 

'I'm not sure how it would work - perhaps we could give her a cocktail and just see what happens! It's something we often think about.'

Gary and Phill - who had a civil partnership ceremony in December 2005 - hope they'll have children one day.

'We would love to have kids, but as a gay couple you put it to the back of your minds and assume it's not going to happen,' he says in new book From Coal Dust To Star Dust.

'Besides, our lives have always been so busy. We would have to get a full-time nanny - and I would want to be in a position where I could do the majority of the parenting myself.'
