Katie Price's mum 'thinks her daughter looks ridiculous'

After Jordan’s latest bout of cosmetic surgery, Alex Reid isn't the only one who's worried

Alex Reid's scared that he'll wake up beside Katie Price one morning and no longer recognise the woman he married.

Now has learnt that the cage fighter, 34, has reached the end of his tether following Jordan's latest bout of surgery.

This was the same sticking point Katie, 32, faced during her four-year marriage to Peter Andre, 37, who eventually found her deep-rooted insecurities 
and plastic surgery obsession 
too much for him to bear.

On many occasions during their reality TV shows, Peter made no secret of the fact that he was completely in love with ‘Katie' until her wild side Jordan took over.

And judging by her latest look, it seems her alter ego is once again rearing its head.

Since Peter called time on their marriage, they've been embroiled in a bitter exchange of words.

And while they do their best to remain civil for the sake of their children Junior, five, and Princess, three, 
it seems they're far from being friends.

Sources tell Now that when Peter embarks on book-signing tours, he asks 
for all her titles to be removed from the shelves as he fears 
he'll be given one of them to sign, giving 
her added publicity.

He also banned 10 Jordan lookalikes from his concert in Liverpool earlier this year - even though 
the ladies in question were radio competition winners.

‘Like Peter in the past, Alex has started pleading with her to stop having work done, but she won't be told,' says a friend.

And Alex isn't the only one close to Jordan to express concern about her attitude. Even her ever-supportive mum Amy 
has now sternly told her that 
her cosmetic addiction is becoming out of control.

‘Her mum's told her that she needs to stop having any more work done and, if she can't, she needs to get help,' adds the friend.

‘Amy's never really said anything like that to 
her before, but after 
her last visit to the surgeon, she thought her daughter looked ridiculous.'
