Katie Price: My 'honeymoon texts' to Dane Bowers - the truth

Model sets the record straight

Katie Price has spoken out about wild and unsubstantiated claims she sent text messages to Dane Bowers while honeymooning with Alex Reid.

Bowers, 30, was reported to have told a friend that he could tell Katie was unhappy with Alex, 34, because she was sending him texts and moaning about him.

But the model says the gossip is rubbish.

‘The rumours about our honeymoon were ludicrous,' says Katie, 32.

‘Someone said I was texting Dane Bowers while I was away - what a load of c**p.'

The glamour model dated the singer between 1998 and 2000 but insists there is nothing between them now.

‘Dane texted me after he read it and laughed his head off,' she tells The People.

‘So did Alex. All three of us knew it was wide of the mark.'

Katie and Alex, 34, returned from their week-long honeymoon in Thailand on 11 July.
