Katie Price believes her new dance track will be the next gay anthem.
The former glamour model, aka Jordan, released Free To Love Again on iTunes this week.
'I thought, "Sod the lot of them. Cut out the middle men and go digital,"' says Katie, 32.
‘I'm having fun with it. I'll perform it at the London club G.A.Y.
‘The gays will love it. They love a disco track.'
Unfortunately for Katie, the download-only song is expected to only make No 59 on Sunday, according to midweek chart figures.
‘She is obviously a hugely successful celebrity who knows how to engage with her fans,' says HMV's Gennaro Castaldo.
‘But people seem to be drawing a line when it comes to her singing.'
Katie competed to represent the UK at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest but failed to make it through the public vote.
